Who Is Think InsideOut?

Hollen M. Ferrendelli, Strategic Coach, Founder and President.

Prior to launching Think InsideOut, Hollen was (and remains) a Partner of Inscite Partners, which provides consulting services with interim outsourced office and construction management.  Hollen is responsible for the overall business development and day-to-day activities for both companies.  She obtained a dual Masters from the University of Denver in Organizational Leadership and Conflict Resolution.

Hollen is a 20-year experienced professional in employee relations, operations and facilities, strategy and management.  She has significant expertise with companies in transition including successful start-up, shut-down and turn-around operations and facilities management; as well as experience in executive business management and operations within several industries including healthcare, venture capital, high-tech and non-profit sectors.  In addition to extensive experience in strategic planning, restructuring and day-to-day management, Hollen has ten years training and experience in coaching, mentoring and facilitating. 

Hollen has transferred her business experience in the workplace to working with individuals and small companies who are also in transition.  Her experience spans many sectors, including working on and off-campus with at-risk youth, those of all ages affected by life threatening illnesses or disease, in the workplace with executive and team members, as well as in the board room with for and not-for-profit companies.

Hollen is the Board President of the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Denver Affiliate Susan G. Komen For The Cure Denver Affiliate Board of Directors actively advocating, educating, and fundraising for the organization. She volunteered, taught high school for, and now supports and is a facilitator for Colorado Youth at Risk, as well as an ambassador in the community for several other non-profits that she is passionate about including Project PAVE and The Gathering Place.
